Sophie Kinirons

BSc MSCP

Physiotherapy Specialist

I graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2019. Since then I have worked in both hospitals and clinics in Ireland and further afield such as in America and Africa. I completed my mat pilates training shortly after qualifying and further workshops in pilates specifically for musculoskeletal injuries as well as chronic pain and arthritis. I have also added dry needling and sports massage to my skills and continue to develop these techniques throughout my career. I have always had a passion for sport and exercise leading me to specialise in musculoskeletal and sports specific physiotherapy and rehabilitation. I have experience working with athletes from all backgrounds from weekend warriors to Olympians, particularly in tennis, sailing and running.

In my free time I love to run and often compete in cross country, middle and long distance races. I enjoy all things outdoors; swimming, hiking, cycling and watersports. Having previously competed at a national level in sailing.
