"Kate is blooming marvellous. Not only is she an expert in her field but she understands that a long list of time consuming physio exercises are unlikely to be done. She gave me a couple of exercises to do in the morning and evening (total time 10 mins per day) and within about 10 days my knee was sorted instead of needing keyhole surgery."
