Kate from Prophysiotherapy suggested that I go to Susie’s pilates class to help strengthen my core and assist with a lower back problem. Since starting the class, my back has definitely felt better and I’m much more aware of my posture and core muscles more generally. Susie has a really fun and engaging style which makes me look forward to the class and want to go, rather than feeling it’s a must-do activity. Susie is patient, incredibly knowledgeable, explains all the exercises in detail and the reasons why we are doing them. The classes are small and Susie gives each one of us a lot of attention and really seems to know how we can tailor the exercises to our individual needs. The studio is a lovely relaxing place to do pilates and I always leave the class feeling happier and stronger than when I went in.
