Effie, a yoganand of 10+ years, started her yoga journey with yoga-guru Saash Behnam Kheirolomor in Istanbul. Having caught the yoga bug, she attended various yoga classes in a number of styles, practised with internationally acclaimed teachers, qualified as an Iyengar based Ashtanga teacher with Yogacharya Lalit Kumar in Goa in 2013 and as a Pregnancy Yoga teacher with SYT Cherie Lathey at Yogamama in 2014.
She’s registered with Yoga Alliance UK (RYT, 200 level) and teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Pregnancy, Post-natal and Mom&Baby classes in and around South West London.
Being an avid learner, she has been blessed with her practice which helped her grow stronger and live more mindfully both on and off the mat. Along the same line, in her classes, Effie encourages growth of the physical and spiritual self and hopes that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
