Victoria graduated with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy at Cardiff University. She commenced her career within the NHS at the University Hospital of Wales, here her passion for Musculoskeletal Outpatient Physiotherapy developed. During her time in Cardiff, Victoria worked with multiple sports teams including; Cardiff Blues, Cardiff University Rugby Club and England Juniors Lacrosse, where she developed her management of acute and longer term sporting injuries.
Victoria moved to London in 2017, starting work at Kings College Hospital, alongside commencing work in private practice. Her experience has spanned across various specialities, including; Trauma and Orthopaedics, Intensive care, Specialist Liver wards, Haematology and Musculoskeletal Outpatients. Victoria followed her passion for Musculoskeletal Outpatients and now specialises in this area as a Senior Physiotherapist within Kings College Hospital, where she relishes the opportunity to rehabilitate a variety of patients with overuse or sporting injuries, persistent pain, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, alongside managing patients pre and postoperatively, following injury. Here Victoria provides independent treatment sessions, alongside running classes and working amongst General Practice. Victoria also works closely with the Orthopaedic surgeons across the Virtual Fracture Clinic; further developing her management of acute injuries.
As part of Victoria’s wider work in private practice she also enjoys treating patients within their home environments to help patients reach their functional goals.
Victoria combines her variety of treatment techniques to holistically treat and empower patients to reach their rehabilitation goals, utilising her skills in manual therapy, massage, trigger point release and exercise prescription.
Victoria has a specialist interest in post operative and post fracture rehabilitation.
