Physiotherapy Specialist

Jessica received her MSc Physiotherapy degree with distinction from Teesside University in 2017. She has worked as a rotational physiotherapist at two NHS trusts with experience in treatment of musculoskeletal, trauma and orthopaedics, paediatrics and ante-natal and postnatal patients. Jessica now works as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist for Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust with a focus on assessment and treatment of both acute and chronic condition of the neck, lower back, upper and lower limbs.

Jessica additionally has experience working privately with a local rugby team maintaining their pre-game fitness, pitch side first aid and rehabilitation from acute injury, such as ACL rehabilitation and recovery from shoulder rotator cuff injuries.

With a background in scientific research, having completed her BSc in Biochemistry and Immunology, Jessica likes to keep up to date with the latest research and treatment techniques in physiotherapy. Jessica provides the best treatment for her clients through utilising her ‘toolbox’ of physiotherapy interventions including pain management techniques such as manual therapy, acupuncture and soft tissue massage alongside tailored education and individualised exercise prescription. Her main focus in treatments is functional and goal orientated rehabilitation, working with clients to ensure they achieve their goals and return to full fitness.
