Ante Natal Pilates
Ante Natal Pilates is a great way to release tension throughout pregnancy and to strengthen the key areas within the body to support your pregnancy.
This small and intimate ante natal pilates class is tailored to suit your stage of pregnancy whether it be the first, second or third trimester.
The main focus for Pilates in pregnancy is to keep you (and your baby) strong, healthy and ready for the birth and beyond. Ante natal Pilates is a great way to release tension throughout pregnancy and to strengthen the key areas within the body to support your pregnancy, particularly the lower back, pelvis and legs. It is also a lovely way of meeting fellow mothers-to-be / current mothers and share similar experiences!

I discovered Pilates several years ago after suffering from lower back pain. After several lessons I was amazed at how quickly Pilates made an improvement to my back, posture and body.
It was whilst having lessons myself I was inspired to find out more about how Pilates worked so effectively for me, and as a consequence of researching into Joseph Pilates philosophy and methods, I decided to qualify as a Body Control Pilates teacher myself.
I am qualified with Body Control Pilates as Level 3 Matwork teacher. Also I have undertaken additional training for teaching Pilates to older people, pre and post natal and to children.
