We aim to assess your problem thoroughly and work with you to treat it as quickly and as effectively as possible.
Our Mission…
We’re different. We want you to feel that when you walk away from us you have had a pleasant experience, you have had your injury or pain sorted out and that we were friendly and efficient. We don’t over-treat – we feel strongly about that. But we’re also thorough. Sadly, other colleagues will hand you a booklet and you have to treat yourself. We believe in good hands-on manual therapy that has been researched and established as safe and effective. That said, we will use all the techniques we have including exercise to help you with your injury, pain, discomfort or sporting injury. Our team are very experienced and will listen to you – it is a two-way street: we’re here to help; you have to do a little homework!
